Ordering & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment through Fawran—so you can choose whatever feels easier at checkout.
No card? No problem. Just select COD and pay when your order arrives.
Can I order an item that is out of stock?
Yes — we offer pre-order on select items. If something you need is out of stock, you can still place your order and we will ship it to you as soon as it is back.

Is your website available in Arabic?
Currently, Qmamaa operates in English only. That said, our WhatsApp support team is always happy to help — just message us and we will guide you through anything you need.
Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across Qatar. At the moment, we do not offer pickup—your order comes straight to your door, because we know you have enough on your plate.
What time will my order be delivered?
Deliveries take place between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM, seven days a week. You will receive a confirmation once your order is on its way.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes. Orders of QR 99 or more qualify for free delivery across Qatar. For orders below QR 99, a small delivery fee applies.
Can I pick up my order instead of having it delivered?
We do not offer a pickup option at this time. All orders are delivered directly to your address within Qatar.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. If something is not right, just get in touch with us via WhatsApp at +974 7704 8771 or email support@qmamaa.com and we will take care of it.
A full refund is issued once the return is confirmed.

Which items cannot be returned?
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- Breastfeeding items that have come into contact with skin
- Underwear
- Breast milk pumping items (if the seal has been broken)
- Items with a damaged retail box or broken seal
- Postpartum belly wraps
- Any item that has been used or worn

Warranty
Do your products come with a warranty?
Some products carry an international manufacturer warranty — this will be clearly noted on the product page. For all other items, coverage applies to confirmed manufacturing defects only.
If you receive a defective product, contact us right away and we will sort it out.

Do you sell products suitable for gifting?
Many of our pregnancy and postpartum products make thoughtful gifts for expecting mothers. While we do not currently offer gift wrapping, you are welcome to message us on WhatsApp, and we will do our best to make the experience special.
