At QMamaa, we aim to ensure timely and reliable delivery of our products across Qatar. Please review our shipping policy below for detailed information regarding delivery timelines, charges, and conditions.

Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver within Qatar only.
Delivery is available up to a maximum radius of 50 km from our operational location.

Delivery Timeframes

Doha:
Same-day delivery for all orders placed during business hours.
Outside Doha:
- Orders placed before 5:00 PM: Same-day delivery
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM: Delivered the next business day

Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, traffic, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

QR 10 delivery charge Doha
QAR 15 delivery charge for locations outside Doha (within 50 km)

Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly displayed at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched on the same day they are placed.
Order processing and deliveries are handled on business days only.

Orders placed on non-business days will be processed on the next business day.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We currently offer Cash on Delivery as a payment method.
No additional COD charges apply.

If a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason, the order will be cancelled.

Delivery Attempts & Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details and being available at the delivery location at the agreed time.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, or the customer is unavailable, the order may be cancelled without reattempt.
Additional delivery attempts are not guaranteed.
