What pregnancy products do you offer?

For now, we offer three products that help throughout pregnancy and after birth, including belly support bands, pregnancy seat belt adjusters, and postpartum recovery belts. We are gradually adding more supportive products.
How do I know which product is right for me?

Our products are especially helpful from the second trimester, when the belly becomes heavier and you may start experiencing lower back strain, pelvic pressure, or a pulling sensation while standing or walking. In this stage, a pregnancy support belt can be helpful. If a regular car seat belt puts pressure on your belly while riding in or driving a car, a pregnancy car seat belt adjuster can be useful. After childbirth, a postpartum belly wrap can help provide gentle abdominal support during recovery.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and Fawran for payment.
Can I order an item that is out of stock?

We do not offer pre-orders at the moment. If an item is out of stock, reach out to us on WhatsApp at +974 7704 8771—we will let you know as soon as it is back.
What delivery areas do you currently cover?

We deliver across Doha and surrounding areas, covering from Lusail to Mesaieed. If you are outside these areas, message us on WhatsApp; we will deliver to your area, but charges will differ.
What are your delivery hours?

We deliver same-day across Doha if the order is placed before 7:00 PM, and outside Doha, it will be delivered the next day.
What is the delivery charge?

Orders of QAR 99 and above qualify for free delivery across Doha. For areas outside Doha, a delivery charge of QAR 15 applies, covering up to 45km. For orders below QAR 99 within Doha, a delivery charge of QR 10.
Is pickup available?

For now, we do not offer a pickup option. We will deliver your order to your address.

What is your return policy?

We have a 14-day return policy. Within this period, you can return the item from the date you received it. The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition; we will take it back without any hassle.
How can I return a product?

We offer free returns. If you are not satisfied with the product, contact us to request a return. We collect the item from your location, and your payment will be refunded at the same time if you are paid in cash. For payments made through Fawran, the refund will be processed the next day.
